It is vital that we gather as much information from you when beginning your project. You may email us, call the office or fill out the online quote.
We have many resources that carry the brands that you are familiar with and brands that we feel would work well for you.
Whether you are supplying the art or our graphic designer is creating it, we will work closely with you through the design process to make sure that our creation matches your vision.
We will send a proof of your design for any final modifications. After you choose the garment, a quote will be sent and a 50% deposit is required to proceed with your order.
Next we go to print or set-up the design for embroidery. This is where your design is brought to life. Turn around time is usually 10-14 days depending on our schedule at the time you place the order.
Once the order is complete, it is counted, folded and packed. It is ready to be picked up or shipped directly to you. Payment is due upon receipt.
It is important to have the highest resolution of art possible. Vector art or camera ready art works the best as it allows your design to print clearly onto a garment.
